herbacious veggie dip
I love veggie dip almost as much as I love fresh herbs. This is a super healthy version that packs a fresh punch of flavor. Feel free to play around with this one also by adding your favorite herbs, playing around with the measurements below, and even adding other spices for a variety of flavors! The more the merrier in my opinion.

INGREDIENTS
32oz tub of your favorite plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
10-12 fresh chives, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons dijon mustard
Juice & zest of a lemon
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced OR 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients above together in a medium sized bowl.
Let chill for at least 1 hour and up to overnight for flavors to meld together. The longer it rests, the more you will taste each individual component!
Serve with fresh cut veggies & pita chips!
