INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup soy sauce (*replace with tamari for a GF version)
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, more or less to desired spice level
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
2 scallions, finely chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 lemon or lime, squeezed
METHOD
In a jar or mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and shake or whisk well until thoroughly Incorporated. Let sit for 30 minutes.
